Edward J. Hughes is a founding partner of Hughes, Kalkbrenner & Ozorowski, LLP. He concentrates his practice in land use, zoning, and real estate development as well as real estate law and corporate, commercial, and transactional law and business formation. His clients include landowners, developers, landlords, and tenants in connection with acquisition, leasing, permitting, and funding of residential and commercial developments, retail centers, office complexes, landfills, quarries, and other land uses. He has represented lenders and borrowers in a wide variety of transactional and financing matters. He also practices in the area of estate planning and administration.
