George J. Ozorowski, Esq.

George J. Ozorowski became an associate with the firm of Hughes & Kalkbrenner, LLP in 1997 and a partner in 2006. He concentrates his practice in land use, zoning, and real estate development as well as corporate real estate tax assessment and appeals, corporate and commercial law, business formation and transactions, and civil and commercial litigation. He has conducted many commercial and criminal trials, common law arbitrations, AAA arbitrations, zoning hearings, and assessment hearings. He represents real estate developers, commercial and residential landlords, school districts, business entities, and private individuals in a wide variety of matters. He has experience in all phases of litigation through pleading, discovery, trial, and appeal. He has appeared before the Commonwealth Court and Superior Court of Pennsylvania on numerous occasions. He has considerable experience drafting and negotiating agreements of sale, leases, contracts, financing transactions, construction loans, stock and asset purchases, and estate planning and administration.
