George J. Ozorowski became an associate with the firm of Hughes & Kalkbrenner, LLP in 1997 and a partner in 2006. Mr. Ozorowski concentrates his practice in land use, zoning and real estate development; corporate real estate tax assessment and appeals; corporate and commercial law; business formation and transactions; and civil and commercial litigation. He has conducted many commercial and criminal trials, common law arbitrations, AAA arbitrations, zoning hearings and assessment hearings. Mr. Ozorowski represents real estate developers, commercial and residential landlords, school districts, business entities and private individuals in a wide variety of matters. He has experience in all phases of litigation through pleading, discovery, trial and appeal. He has appeared before the Commonwealth Court and Superior Court of Pennsylvania on numerous occasions. Mr. Ozorowski has considerable experience drafting and negotiating agreements of sale, leases, contracts, financing transactions, construction loans and stock and asset purchases. Mr. Ozorowski also practices in the areas of criminal law, personal injury and estate planning and administration. Before joining the firm, Mr. Ozorowski was a law clerk to the Honorable Joseph A. Smyth and the Honorable Bernard A. Moore of the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. He served as an Assistant District Attorney for Montgomery County in the Major Crimes Division and previously worked as an investigator in the forensic unit of the Montgomery County Detectives, a law clerk for CIGNA Corporation and an elected auditor for Upper Salford Township. |
